Fishing with Capt. Bill usually starts out in the morning, leaving the dock at first light. Bill fishes the Laguna Madre primarily, which include Baffin Bay, the Land Cut, Nine Mile Hole, and the lower Laguna Madre down to Port Mansfield – yep, most of the time we burn some fuel.

On a normal day the trip usually ends around 3:00p.m. and then he starts back to the dock. Some guide services have you back no later than 2:00 p.m. regardless of what you catch and this is not what Capt. Bills service is about. This is a real adventure and one that will give the best opportunity to keep those rods bent under heavy fish.

Be sure and bring a camera for those on-the-boat memories. Once at the dock, its picture time again and then Bluffs Landing’s fish cleaner will take care of your catch for you and at a reasonable charge.

Please bring snacks and drinks of your choice along with seasonal gear such as sun protection and cold weather gear for the cooler months.
