Well
we're
in
between
the
full
moon
of
March
and
April
and
the
spring
tides
have
started
to
come
in.
The
resident
trout
are
starting
to
make
their
way
from
the
bays
and
the
tide-runners
are
making
their
ways
from
the
gulf
to
the
Laguna
Madre.
We've
been
catching
trout
on
live
shrimp
and
soft
plastics
over
the
past
couple
of
weeks
in
3'
to
4'
of
water
on
the
flats.
Water
temps.
are
continuing
to
rise
and
out
first
trout
spawn
isn't
far
off.
Looking

good
season.
